All-Levels Vinyasa Flow


Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your breath during this vinyasa flow. In our ALIGN class, our breath leads us through our postures and into mindfulness. When we tune into our breath, we root ourselves in the present moment, preparing us to take the peace we find on our mat into the rest of our lives.

slow & strong FLOW


Much like our Align class, this class is great for beginners and well-practiced practitioners. You can expect to hold postures for a handful of breaths before flowing with the music. If you’re looking to feel into the postures more and get in tune with your mind-body connection- this is the class for you. 

Power Vinyasa flow


Build strength and access your highest levels of energy, vitality, and freedom in this invigorating power vinyasa class. At ENERGIZE, you’ll get your heart pumping, legs burning, and core awakening as we flow together. Expect to play with challenging postures, arm balances, and take your practice to the next level.

Yin Yoga


Slow down and tune in during this Yin Yoga class. In OPEN, we practice stillness, silence, and hold postures for up to 5 minutes. In addition to promoting circulation, flexibility, and detoxification, this concentration prepares us for meditation and helps us release emotional trauma stored in our bodies. Healing sound instruments and the chorus of our breathwork accompany our movement, creating healing vibrations to enhance your practice.

Movement, Breath, & Sound


Build a deeper awareness of your body and mind with different breathwork techniques. In this class, you will drop into the moment by harnessing the power of your breath. Breathwork has been shown to decrease anxiety improve sleep, increase immune and respiratory health, and overall mindfulness. Suitable for new and seasoned breathers. Come take a deep breath before the week ahead.

Yoga & Postural Movement


Develop healthier and stronger joints in this all levels class. In Mobility, you will explore yoga and movement using various tools, techniques, and skills that will cultivate a more capable and resilient body, nervous system, and brain. Expect to play with common yoga props, as well as therapy balls, mobility sticks, and more.

Slow Flow & Deep Stretch


This fusion class uses gentle vinyasa movements and deep stretch techniques to press reset on your nervous system. We spend the first portion of class exploring a slow flow practice to create space for our body and mind. Midway through class, we switch gears to a juicy deep stretch followed by a sound healing savasana. Though we often believe we must ‘work’ to increase our flexibility, we can achieve more opening by softening and relaxing than forcing our way through strong, dynamic asana practice.


Yoga Fundamentals

Our bi-monthly offering to develop and deepen your practice. Every Fundamental class has a different focus. Ranging from posture alignment in classic poses all the way to breathwork. These workshops are suitable for all levels of yogis.
