This class differs from our FOCUS/ENERGIZE class as it is intended to be a place to develop confidence in different yoga postures.

Slow & strong vinyasa 

FOCUS

Catering to beginners and seasoned practitioners, FOCUS offers a blend of static postures and dynamic movements. Centered around mindful movement and breath awareness, the class combines strength-building poses, flexibility-enhancing stretches, and developing healthy joint mobility. This slow style flow ensures a challenging yet enriching experience.

This class is suited for all levels.

Strong Vinyasa

ENERGIZE

Experience the invigorating class – ENERGIZE, a strong vinyasa that seamlessly blends dynamic movement with breath awareness—designed for fundamental strength, cardiovascular health, and mind-body connection. The fast-paced sequence, set to music, fosters fluid, creative, and energizing practice, leaving you empowered and revitalized. In this class, you can explore inversions, balancing postures, and elevating your yoga journey with ENERGIZE.

Suggested Level of Practice: Intermediate

Yin & Sound Healing

OPEN

Step into a sanctuary of tranquility where time slows, and the art of surrender takes center stage – welcome to our OPEN class. Embracing longer holds, typically 3 to 5 minutes, this meditative practice encourages the release of tension, promoting both physical well-being and mental clarity. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, join us on the mat to discover the profound benefits of Yin Yoga – a journey of deep relaxation, self-discovery, and inner stillness enhanced by the healing resonance of sound.

BREATHE

Build a deeper awareness of your body and mind with different breathwork techniques. In this class, you will drop into the moment by harnessing the power of your breath. Breathwork has been shown to decrease anxiety improve sleep, increase immune and respiratory health, and overall mindfulness. Suitable for new and seasoned breathers. Come take a deep breath before the week ahead.

Yoga & Postural Movement

Mobility

Develop healthier and stronger joints in this all levels class. In Mobility, you will explore yoga and movement using various tools, techniques, and skills that will cultivate a more capable and resilient body, nervous system, and brain. Expect to play with common yoga props, as well as therapy balls, mobility sticks, and more.

½ Active Flow & ½ Deep Stretch

Reset

This fusion class connects is designed to RESET your nervous system. We spend the first portion of the class exploring a breath-to-movement yoga flow to create space for our body and mind. Midway through class, we switch gears to a juicy deep stretch and opening postures. This class is designed to RESET the body and mind so that you leave feeling balanced.

Suggested Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Guided by a certified yoga instructor with expertise in prenatal care, each session unfolds as a harmonious blend of gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques tailored to support the unique needs of moms-to-be.
