Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your breath during this vinyasa flow. In our ALIGN class, our breath leads us through our postures and into mindfulness. When we tune into our breath, we root ourselves in the present moment, preparing us to take the peace we find on our mat into the rest of our lives.
Ignite your mind-body connection in this mindful Hatha class. Here, we invite you to hold postures for longer intervals and settle into the present moment before flowing with the music. Ideal for all-levels of yogis, our FOCUS class is an opportunity to move with focused intention

Slow down and tune in during this Yin Yoga class. In OPEN, we practice stillness, silence, and hold postures for up to 5 minutes. In addition to promoting circulation, flexibility, and detoxification, this concentration prepares us for meditation and helps us release emotional trauma stored in our bodies. Healing sound instruments and the chorus of our breathwork accompany our movement, creating healing vibrations to enhance your practice.
Shake up and shake out stale energy in our refreshing SHAKTI class. Suitable for all levels, this class combines gentle movement, breath work, meditation, and upbeat music to help lift your spirit and raise your consciousness. During SHAKTI, we also deliver astrological updates and explore ancient yogic techniques that you can apply to your life on and off the mat. Please bring water and a cover-up.
This class is inspired by the Daoyin School and focuses on kinetic exercises. The emphasis is on natural body movements that integrate with the mind. The class is led in a very approachable and simple way. The conscious articulation of the joints will enhance circulation and send healing Qi to the entire body.
This class embodies working through your own pain. Both gentle vinyasa movements and restorative poses are used to create a fluid way to calm down your mind and release tension in the body. There will be 30 minutes of a grounding slow flow to open up the body followed by 30 minutes of long hold postures supported by props in a restorative fashion. Though we often believe we have to ‘work’ to increase our flexibility, we can achieve more opening by softening and relaxing than by forcing our way through strong, dynamic asana practice. The key difference is the approach. During restorative yoga postures, we’re encouraged to relax fully in the stretch with the aid of the props so that we can release tension and focus on the breath. This helps us to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for the rest/digest process), which helps combat that feeling of ‘overdrive’ that we often find ourselves in. In this class expect to find gentle movements and long, deep holds.
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. It’s a great place to start for someone who has never practiced or for those looking to deepen their connection to their body. Slower-paced than our all-level class, here we focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome!
The class is part active meditation, part breathing exercises, and part Dharma Talk/Conversation where Shawn will be teaching the wisdom of this ancient limb (form) of Yoga sharing lessons and tools designed to open the body and release the mind.
